Premium Cuts

Premium cuts are the most tender, sought-after parts of the animal. These are your special occasion steaks - perfect for pan-frying or BBQ. They make up a small portion of the animal but are the star of many meals.

Everyday Cuts

Everyday cuts are versatile, economical cuts perfect for family meals. They're fantastic for slow cooking, casseroles, stir-fries, and schnitzels. These make up the bulk of your meat and will become your weeknight dinner heroes!

Rib & Brisket

Rib is a classic roasting joint - "rolled" means it's deboned and tied for easy carving. Brisket is the chest muscle, famous for slow-smoked BBQ. It's also fantastic slow-cooked or corned.

Classic roasting cut. Rolled options are boneless.

Rolled Plain: Boneless, rolled for easy carving

Rolled Seasoned: Seasoned with herbs before rolling

Beef Short Rib: Bone-in, great for slow cooking

Rich, flavourful chest cut. 🥘 Slow-cook

Sliced: Thin slices for quick cooking

Point End Whole: For smoking/BBQ enthusiasts

Mince

Your everyday essential - burgers, bolognese, tacos, meatballs and more. Choose your preferred pack size and fat content.

Tip: 500g packs are perfect for a family meal for 4

Standard keeps the most flavour; lean is trimmed right back

Sausages

You can expect to get approximately 10% of carcass weight back in sausages. All sausages are gluten free.

$30 per flavour. Leave blank for plain sausages.

Small Goods - Extra Cost

Optional extras made from your animal, priced by the butcher. Quantities unlock once you select an item.

Bones, Fat and Organs

Bones and fat are supplied free of charge. Organs are supplied if available, at cost.

Soup and Dog Bones

Fat - for dripping or tallow

Organs ($ - supplied if available)

Special Instructions

Any special requests? Dietary requirements? Extra thick steaks? The butcher will accommodate requests where they can.

Agreement & Signature

By signing below, I agree to the following:

  • I confirm the animal will be slaughtered by the MPI approved mobile micro abattoir Earth First Foods.
  • I agree to pay a $500 deposit to secure my order, with the animal cost ($15/kg) due on harvest date.
  • I agree to pay the butcher's processing fee at the time of collection.
